Scope
Every project starts with a written scope. Any additional pages, documents, features or major direction changes are quoted separately before extra work begins.
Project terms
These terms explain how Cometti Studio handles payment, scope, revisions, cancellation, final delivery and ownership. A fixed quote is always provided before any invoice is issued.
Payment
Projects are booked once the required upfront payment or deposit has been received.
Projects under AUD 1,000 are paid 100% upfront before work begins.
Projects AUD 1,000+ require a 50% deposit to commence, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery or launch.
Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer or PayID unless another method is agreed before the project begins.
Working terms
This is not heavy legal language. It is a clear working standard so both sides understand how the project will be handled.
Every project starts with a written scope. Any additional pages, documents, features or major direction changes are quoted separately before extra work begins.
Included revision rounds are used for reasonable refinements to the agreed direction. New concepts, major rewrites or expanded requirements may require a separate quote.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, approvals and any required access unless otherwise agreed in the project scope.
If a client stops a project after work has started, payments already made cover work completed, planning time and booked project availability.
Final files, launch access or completed deliverables are released after the final payment has been received.
Once the project is paid in full, final approved deliverables created for the client belong to the client, unless a third-party licence or platform account has separate terms.
